In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, European consumers have a legal right to withdraw from online purchase contracts within 14 days without giving any reason.

Exclusion from the Right of Withdrawal

Please be advised that pursuant to Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. Therefore, all sales of customized items, personalized keepsakes, and bespoke Print-on-Demand (POD) products are final once production begins and cannot be cancelled or returned under the statutory right of withdrawal.
