1. User-Uploaded Content & Custom Designs

When using our personalization engine to upload custom artwork, photos, text, or logos, the customer retains full ownership of their content. However, by uploading content to our store, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to print, manufacture, ship, and display the item solely to fulfill your specific custom order.

2. Absolute Prohibition of Infringement

We strictly prohibit the manufacture of items that violate legal protections. Customers are explicitly forbidden from uploading or requesting custom prints containing:

• Unlicensed third-party trademarks, famous brand logos, or commercial text.
• Copyrighted characters, movie assets, anime artwork, or video game graphics unless written permission is verified.
• Celebrity likenesses, public figures, or copyrighted professional photography used without legal consent.

We reserve the absolute right to cancel and refund any custom orders that our design verification team suspects may infringe upon intellectual property laws.

3. Indemnification Clause

By placing an order for a custom product, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CustomGiftsJoy, its suppliers, platform operators, and SaaS affiliates against any legal claims, damages, demands, costs, or attorney fees resulting from any third-party lawsuit alleging copyright or trademark infringement caused by artwork or text you provided.

4. Our Store Intellectual Property

All storefront designs, theme layouts, unique custom template structures, custom graphics, marketing text, asset library interfaces, and software configurations present on this domain are the exclusive property of CustomGiftsJoy. Copying, scraping, or duplicating our website assets for commercial use without express written consent is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

5. Notice and Takedown Procedure (DMCA)

If you believe that any design listed on our store or submitted via our customization tool infringes upon your personal copyright or trademark rights, please send an official Notice of Infringement to our legal contact at support@customgiftsjoy.com. Your notice must include:
