Material Safety Statement

Effective Date: 15/09/2026

At CustomGiftsJoy, we are committed to providing beautiful, high-quality personalized gifts. Because our custom products are crafted from various raw elements, we want to ensure our global customers understand the proper care, handling, and safety parameters of our materials.

1. General Material Composition

Our custom gifts, keychains, and ornaments are manufactured using durable, retail-grade materials which may include:

High-quality cast acrylic and specialized plexiglass components.
Natural, sustainably sourced wood composites and treated timber veneers.
Premium stainless steel, zinc alloys, and finished brass hardware.
Eco-friendly UV-cured inks and permanent safe-bonding adhesives.

⚠️ SAFETY WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD – Small Parts

Many of our customized items include small rings, chains, charms, or detachable parts. These items are strictly NOT toys. Keep all products, accessories, and packaging elements entirely out of reach of infants, toddlers, and children under three (3) years of age.

2. Safe Usage & Handling Guidelines

Laser-Cut Edges: While we meticulously finish and smooth our custom acrylic and wooden goods, laser-machining can leave exact edges. Please handle your custom items carefully to avoid accidental scratches or scrapes.
Chemical Exposure: To preserve raw material finishes, do not expose custom gifts to harsh household chemicals, alcohol rubs, jewelry cleaners, or abrasive agents. Clean gently using a dry, soft microfiber cloth only.
Environmental Sensitivity: Extended direct exposure to intense sunlight, high moisture environments, or extreme heat may cause natural wood to warp, acrylic to yellow, or metal finishes to tarnish over time.

3. Non-Toxicity Assurance

We work directly with certified suppliers to ensure that our materials and custom printing inks are completely non-toxic and odor-free under normal display or wearing environments. However, our products are intended purely for decorative or personal accessory use. They are not food-safe and must never be placed in the mouth or ingested.

4. Limitation of Liability

By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and agree that CustomGiftsJoy shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential injuries or damages arising from product misuse, neglect, structural alteration, or failure to follow standard safety warnings outlined on this page.

5. Questions and Contact

If you have any questions or require specific compliance details regarding the material composition of a particular custom product, please reach out to our team at support@customgiftsjoy.com.
